Pelec City Central purchased the 18-building Central City Industrial Park, a 1 million-square-foot industrial complex at 5301 Polk St. near Hughes St., from Baker Hughes Oilfield Corp. Terms of the sale were not disclosed, but the property was listed at $12.95 million, or about $13 per square foot.
