Situated close to interstate access, this new speculative distribution center is poised to lure additional businesses to Albuquerque, New Mexico, expanding the region's industrial clout.
Completed in the fourth quarter of 2023, this 150,574-square-foot structure is the first of multiple speculative structures planned by Titan Development for a master-planned, 106-acre business park called WestPointe40. The site sits within an eight-hour drive of many major cities — such as Phoenix, Denver, Las Vegas and Oklahoma City — and this first completed structure offers 32’ clear height, dock-high and grade-level doors and trailer parking.
As of this writing, the speculative industrial property at 9210 Daytona Road has reached 77% leased. Its leasing success and the potential to attract other industrial users to the site garnered the property a CoStar Impact Award for commercial development as selected by an independent panel of local industry professionals familiar with the market.
About the Project: This 150,574-square-foot project sits on 9.69 acres and was completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.
