Chicago-based Brennan Investment Group, which claims to be the second-largest privately held owner of industrial real estate in the U.S., acquired a partially leased, 157,212-square-foot distribution facility at 120 Exchange Logistics Park Dr. in Piedmont, South Carolina, in what it called a 'value-add' investment.
