The strong development ambitions announced by Prologis at the most recent Choose France summit were not just empty words. As the latest example, the American investor is in the process of acquiring a 21-hectare site in Flins-sur-Seine in north-central France from the Renault group, according to Business Immo, with the aim of developing a 116,400-square-meter or 1.25 million-square-foot logistics platform.
