Blackstone-backed QTS Data Centers is partnering with energy technology provider Lancium on a proposed $10 billion data center mega-campus in the Texas Panhandle, among the latest of several projects being planned in the Lone Star State and other U.S. regions to support the rise of artificial intelligence services.
