Polyrack North American Corp., an affiliate of Germany-based electronics manufacturer Polyrack Tech-Group, will build its new North American facility at Highland Corporate Park in Cumberland. The Economic Development Foundation of Rhode Island Inc., a private, nonprofit development corporation, owns Highland Corporate Park, a master planned, 240-acre technical manufacturing and office development.
