Chicago based First Industrial Realty Trust has agreed to purchase the Lenox Distribution building at 16507 Hunters Green Parkway in Hagerstown from the Lenox Group. The contract is scheduled to close by Dec. 29th for $27 million, or about $53.30 per square foot.
