Structural engineering firm DeSimone Consulting Engineers signed a 10-year lease at 800 Brickell Ave. in Miami's high-end Brickell submarket. The firm will take occupancy of 11,000 square feet next April, vacating the 4,500 square feet it currently occupies at the Douglas Centre in nearby Coral Gables.
