Construction for the Park Place II is underway. Washington-based B.F. Saul Co. is set to complete the 11-story, 312,897-square-foot, Class A office property at 7930 Jones Branch Drive in Tysons Corner by the second quarter of 2008. It is the only speculative building to break ground in the Tysons Corner market in the past three years.
