Undaunted by the coronavirus pandemic, Jersey City has chosen three real estate companies to undertake the $350 million first phase, with nearly 1,100 housing units, of the redevelopment of the once-contaminated Bayfront site, a massive project that's expected to be transformative for the Garden State's second-largest city.
