Big Suburban Office Loan Gets Last-Minute Extension: Workspace Property Trust, one of the largest U.S. suburban commercial office property owners, secured a two-year extension for loans tied to a $1.3 billion commercial mortgage-backed securities deal. The loans helped finance a nearly 9.6 million-square-foot portfolio of 146 suburban office and light industrial, research and development and flex industrial properties in 14 major metropolitan areas.
