Phoenix-based FISO LLC, which does business as Lodi Garage Doors & More, completed the purchase of a 25,621-square-foot industrial property at 3231 W. Virginia Ave. for about $2.31 million, or nearly $90 per square foot. The seller was Phoenix-based W.W. Grainger Inc., which does business as Grainger Industrial Supplies.
