Scotland’s industrial vacancy rate has edged up in recent months, despite strong leasing volumes and few supply additions. However, comparing vacancy rates across buildings of different sizes and ages reveals a divergent picture between warehouses larger than 50,000 sq ft and built this century, and buildings bigger than 250,000 sq ft and constructed last century.
