Subaru of America selected a new warehouse developed by ProLogis (NYSE:PLD) and Indianapolis-based Browning Investments to serve as the Japanese carmaker's Midwest parts distribution center, leasing 282,000 square feet of of the recently completed 501,000-square-foot warehouse located along Interstate 65 in Whitestown, Ind.
