Vibalogics, a pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organization based in Germany, has selected a former Cisco Systems facility near Boston where it plans to make a $150 million investment to equip and staff a late-phase clinical and commercial virotherapy manufacturing facility as part of its plans to build a presence in the U.S.
