Akzo Nobel Chemicals Inc. committed to a 10-year lease for 66,000 square feet space at the Orchard Ridge Park at 281 Fields Lane Building II in Brewster, NY. Akzo Nobel decided to relocate the Surfactants Research and Development Laboratory and the supporting staff from One Livingston Ave. in Dobbs Ferry to the Brewster location in mid- to late-November.
