Schroder UK Real Estate Fund (‘SREF’) and its development manager Stanhope Plc have secured a major pre-let with the Government Property Agency on a 25-year lease at Two Ruskin Square, taking all of the 330,000 sq ft building at the 1m sq ft mixed use development in east Croydon.
