LaSalle Investment Management Subsidiary Acquires Class A Orlando Bldg. for $45.5 Million

Maitland Office Company LLC, a subsidiary of LaSalle Investment Management, acquired Maitland Promenade One at 485 N. Keller Road in Maitland, FL, from New York-based TIAA-CREF for $45.5 million, or about $200 per square foot.
