The Anaheim, California-based distributor and manufacturer Highland Lumber Sales bought a industrial property in nearby Fullerton for $13.35 million, or just about $276 per square foot. The wood company purchased the freestanding space from the Fountain Valley, California-headquartered Omni Metal Finishing.
