The New Jersey-based company, 297 Getty Avenue Associates, acquired 9784 Commerce Circle in the Arcadia West Industrial Park in Weisberg Township for $7.4 million, or about $77.50 per square foot. The previous owners, Arcadia Properties LLC, based in Bethlehem, PA, leased the building in 2000 to the Kenco Group Inc. for its logistics division. Kenco is the sole tenant of the 95,499-square-foot building and has an additional four years remaining on the lease.
