CBRE has named new leaders across its offices in Edinburgh, Leeds and Liverpool, effective 1 January.
Angela Lowe, who has been with the firm for more than a decade and leads the office agency team in Scotland, becomes head of Edinburgh.
Lowe will succeed Mark Little, who will continue with the firm as head of building consultancy and its integrated PJM project management platform, Scotland, the consultancy said.
It added: "[Lowe] brings extensive experience advising occupiers, developers and investors across the country".
Mike Baugh will assume the role of head of Leeds, succeeding Richard Bamford, who will continue as head of building consultancy, UK regional markets and UK head of building surveying.
Baugh has been with CBRE for more than 12 years and will continue to lead the industrial and logistics, North division and is described by his employer as having a "proven track record of success".
Neil Kirkham will become the head of the firm's Liverpool office having worked at the business for more than 13 years. In that time he has built "strong relationships with developer, investor, leasing and occupier clients across the region".
John Ogden, managing director, UK regional markets at CBRE, said in a statement: "These appointments underscore our ongoing commitment to continue to invest in our regional leadership across the UK.
"Angela, Mike and Neil each bring exceptional market knowledge and client relationships that will be instrumental in driving continued growth and delivering outstanding results for our clients."
Earlier this year CBRE announced that investment banker Rishi Bhuchar would join the company as chief executive of its UK and Ireland Advisory business at the end of this year, replacing Ciaran Bird.
