When Los Angeles investor Decron Properties paid $173 million for Avana 522 in the North Creek area of Bothell, Washington, last October, the company's name was relatively unknown to local commercial real estate players in the area. Now, the company has made a dent in the Seattle area apartment market with two acquisitions in the past year and may likely continue its spending spree.
