One of the largest insurance and financial services firms in the world, AIG, is throwing its weight behind Skyglass Tower, a striking multifamily project planned Seattle's South Lake Union district. The company issued a $113 million loan to the developer, Gemdale USA, for the construction of the 29-story building.
