Solomon Organization Sells 324 Units in Bucks County and Philly for $20.5 Million

Solomon Organization sold four apartment complexes to an undisclosed New York-based real estate developer for $20.5 million, or about $63,272 per unit. Three of the apartment complexes were located in Bucks County and one was in Philadelphia.
