SPI AZ LLC, an investment entity of Matteson Real Estate Equities out of Redwood City, CA, acquired two Scottsdale, AZ mixed-use office/retail properties -- the Scottsdale Seville from DTR 3A LLC for $51.75 million, and the La Mirada at Pinnacle Peak from DTR 4A LLC for $45.5 million -- for a combined $97.25 million, or about $295 per square foot. The selling entities are subsidiaries of Desert Troon Cos. out of Scottsdale.
