Rutgers Buys 11 Floors at 1 Washington Park for $31M

University to Centralize Business School Operations; Plans $51M in Upgrades

Rutgers University acquired 11 floors of 1 Washington Park in Newark, NJ to relocate its business school from multiple buildings to one central location. The university paid $31.5 million, or roughly $117 per square foot, to Fidelco Realty Group for the 269,500-square-foot space.
