Kavita Imports sold 81 Seaview Blvd., a 20,000-square-foot industrial building in the Seaview Industrial Park in Port Washington, NY to SBS Properties. SBS Properties, which is affiliated with Pyramid Floor Covering Co., paid $2.9 million or $145 per square foot for 81 Seaview Blvd. in connection with a planned expansion.
