Local investor R.H. White sold the fully renovated Cordis Mills luxury apartment building in Millbury, Massachusetts, to Charger Ventures, a full service investment firm that was launched in 2018 in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, for $17.5 million, or about $156,000 per unit.
