Principal Buys San Francisco Office Tower $370 Million

Wells Fargo Sells 33-Story Financial District Building

Principal Real Estate Investors, a division of Principal Global Investors, has closed on 333 Market St. in San Francisco for $370 million, or about $587 per square foot. The property was acquired from Wells Fargo Bank, which will reportedly lease-back the entire building.
