RealNet Acquires First Indianapolis Property for $4.3M

Oaklandon Plaza Sold to Tenant-In-Common Investors

RealNet Investments LLC acquired Oaklandon Plaza for $4.3 million, or about $133.50 per square foot. This investment marked the first Indianapolis acquisition for RealNet, a tenant-in-common sponsor. Oaklandon Plaza is at 11725 Pendleton Pike in Indianapolis. It is a 32,114-square-foot strip center that was constructed in 1974, offering a 6.07/1,000 parking ratio.
