Mystery Investor Sells Class A Office in Charlotte, NC for $260 PSF

Charlotte, NC’s SouthPark submarket continues to capture the interest of investors around the country as evidenced by the price-per-square-foot record setting sale of the Class A Rotunda Building. RREEF America LLC acquired the four-story, 228,672-square-foot office building at 4201 Congress St. in Charlotte for $59.5 million, or approximately $260 per square foot. The buyer is a Deutsche Bank affiliate that purchased the building from an undisclosed private partnership.
