Target Buys X-Rite HQ in Grandville

156K-Square-Foot Facility Trades in $13.9 Million Deal

X-Rite Inc. (Nasdaq: XRIT) sold its headquarters at 3050-3100 44th St. SW in Grandville to Target Corp. (NYSE: TGT) for $13.9 million, or about $89 per square foot. The deal comes on the heels of X-Rite's expansion and scheduled relocation to 4300 44th St. SE, which will serve as its new headquarters site beginning in the first quarter of next year.
