More housing is coming to the largest mixed-use project in the San Francisco East Bay area. Los Angeles-based multifamily and mixed-use developer CityView said it raised nearly $100 million in equity and intends to begin construction on the Oakland Waterfront apartments, a 378-unit multifamily project valued at $250 million in Oakland, California's Brooklyn Basin master-planned community.
