Daystar School Buys $8.14M Warehouse

Private Partnership Sells 51,550-SF Facility at 1550 S. State

Daystar School, a Christian school in the city of Chicago, acquired the Wicklander Printing Building on 1550 S. State St.in Chicago. The warehouse consists of 55,550 square feet and sold for $8.14 million, or about $146.50 per square foot.
