S. Robertson Building Sells for $29.7M

Investor Acquires Multi-Tenant Office Site in LA

San Diego-based investor EJLC Robertson LLC acquired the four-story office building at 3000 S. Robertson Blvd. in Los Angeles from South Robertson Venture LP, et al for $29.75 million, or about $277 per square foot. The buyer assumed a loan of $15.5 million to finance the deal.
