America's Capital Partners LLC out of Miami acquired two office buildings, Prestige Place 1 and Prestige Place 2, at 2600 and 2650 McCormick Drive in Clearwater. The St. Joe Co. sold it for $18.1 million, or approximately $123 per square foot. The sale price was based on a cap rate of 7.92%.
