The Alte Akademie in Munich is to be sold to the Heinz-Hermann-Thiele Family Foundation for around €180 million. Following the decision by the Bavarian state parliament, exclusive talks are now underway between Signa's insolvency administrator and Thiele, according to sister publication Thomas Daily.
