London based family property company Millard Estates has sold Centrum House and its immediate neighbour, Bupa House, for £10.174m to a joint venture consortium led by Rennick Property and comprising Mactaggart & Mickel, Mactaggart Family & Partners and the vendor, Millard Estates.
