Cedar Shopping Centers Adds 3 to Portfolio

REIT Acquires PA Plaza, Goes Under Contract on MD & VA Centers

Cedar Shopping Centers Inc. (NYSE:CDR) closed on the purchase of Oakhurst Plaza, a neighborhood shopping center in Harrisburg, PA, for $22.4 million, or approximately $200 per square foot. The firm also agreed to purchase Long Reach Village shopping center in Maryland and Annie Land Plaza in Virginia for a total of $12.9 million.
