Milpitas, CA-based Rackable Systems Inc. leased the entire 117,504-square-foot building in the Bayside Technology Park at 46555 Landing Parkway in Fremont. The company signed a seven-year deal valued at roughly $6.6 million with an option to extend the lease for an additional three-year period. Occupancy is planned in December.
