Rob Tincknell’s Areli ties up with Tikehau Capital to buy £25m Nicholsons Shopping Centre

Centre has been bought out of receivership in Tincknell's first project since leaving Battersea Power Station development

Tikehau Capital, the French-listed investment group, has acquired Nicholsons Shopping Centre in Maidenhead with Rob Tincknell’s Areli Real Estate out of receivership for around £25m, almost one-third below the price paid £37m paid four years ago.
