BPG Properties Ltd. purchased the four-building, 936,856-square-foot Interchange Office Park in Saint Louis Park on behalf of BPG Investment Partnership VII LP for the $86 million. BPG will change the name to Metropoint, The Center for Business. The sales price averages approximately $92 per square foot.
