Wilson Sporting Goods signed a lease for the entire 300,000-square-foot Rockdale Distribution Center II at 5110 Aldi Drive in Lebanon. First Industrial Realty Trust, the building owner, will complete construction this month and delivery is scheduled for early September. Wilson will consolidate several Nashville facilities in this new location.
