Until recently, Diok Real Estate was a small unknown company investing in secondary office buildings across Germany. It caught the eyes of London-based property entrepreneur Ralf Nöcker, as he noticed that the company had a lot of life sciences and tech tenants. He persuaded Alvarium, a family office investor, to join him and together buy a minority stake of 49.9% in Diok.
