Hunter Douglas Acquires Salt Lake City Land

Firm To Build 250,000-SF Plant; Plans Massive Expansion of Operations

Hunter Douglas purchased the northwest corner of 5600 West and I-80 in Salt Lake City from Zions Securities Corp. The 20-acre site, at 111 Apollo Road in the Bonneville Center, will house a new 250,000-square-foot manufacturing plant for the company. The total purchase price was $17 million or $850,000 per acre.
