Positive Investments, a real estate investment and property management company, purchased the five-building Moreno Valley Corporate Center at 14300 - 14340 Elsworth St. and 22620 - 22640 Goldencrest Drive in Moreno Valley, California, for $17.5 million, or about $126 per square foot, from Berkeley Partners.
