Irving, TX-based Archon Group L.P., a division of Goldman Sachs, sold the 216-unit Aventine at Boynton Beach at 1108 Pinehurst Drive in Boynton Beach, FL to Chicago-based American Invsco. A source close to deal valued the transaction at $48 million, or approximately $222,250 per unit.
