Crown Associates Realty Inc. acquired two industrial properties in Rancho Cucamonga, California, from GF Properties for just under $25.5 million, or about $275 per square foot. The properties are a 53,770-square-foot warehouse at 9210 Rochester Court and a 38,868-square-foot building at nearby 8620 Rochester Ave.
