Gershon & Co. Acquires Apt. Building for $6M

54-Unit Brooklyn Property Purchased in Booming Sheepshead Bay Neighborhood

Gershon & Co., operating under the shell name of 1631 Partners LLC and Westchester Stores LLC, purchased the apartment building at 1229 Avenue Y in Brooklyn. The sale price was $6.7 million, or approximately $124,000 per unit. The seller, The Adele Sutton Trusts, care of Leon Sutton and Sherrie Sutton, had owned the property for more than 30 years.
