Good Harbor Fillet Co. Inks Sale-Leaseback

Company Sells 21-29 Great Republic Drive for $7.98M

In a sale-leaseback transaction, AGNL Good Harbor LLC, a subsidiary of Angelo Gordon & Co., acquired 21-29 Great Republic Drive in Gloucester from 21 Great Republic Drive LLC for $7.98 million, or about $118 per square foot. The seller, operating as Good Harbor Fillet Co., signed a 20-year, triple-net lease for the entire building.
